We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities in the industrial machinery sector across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Baltic countries.
Responsibilities
• Create advertising visuals, banners, and graphics.
• Produce and edit short promotional videos for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Support various marketing and promotional activities.

You will gain practical experience in international B2B operations within the industrial machinery sector. You will work with marketing tools, assist with content creation, and gain exposure to international sales and business development activities. If you are a soon-to-graduate student, we would also be glad to provide an opportunity to carry out thesis research on topics.
Our Expectations
• Excellent written and spoken English and Russian.
• Basic Finnish language skills.
• BBA, QBA, or another relevant business, marketing, or management degree in progress.
• Strong self-organization and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn.
Employment Terms
This is an unpaid internship. The duration of the internship is negotiable.
